Meet Dr. Shameka Hunt McElhaney
Shameka Hunt McElhaney, MD is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician who strives to provide exceptional care to her patients. She is a Michigan native who began her post-secondary education at Spelman College. She then earned a Master’s in Cell Physiology & Biochemistry from Georgia State University. She completed her medical education at Morehouse School of Medicine and residency at Emory University.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing her patients with thoughtful and holistic care. After growing up in South Carolina, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts to study for her first Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College. She later returned to her southern roots where she pursued a career in nursing, receiving both her second Bachelors and a Master’s degree from Emory University’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing.

Krystal is a Registered Nurse who has worked with SalubrisMD Mobile Health as a Virtual Assistant for 3 years. She’s fueled by her passion and dedication to help and uses her experiences to go above and beyond for every patient. She understands the demands of working under pressure and shines at multitasking while juggling different roles. Krystal is always ready for challenges, to assist wholeheartedly, and to help make you feel better!
Ms. Scott
Driver
Ms. Scott is an Army Veteran who ranked as a Spec. 4 Medical Corpsman and was stationed at Walter Reed Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C. After serving our country, she retired from the United States Postal Service after 35 years. In her spare time, she enjoys entering her 2001 Chrysler Prowler in car shows!
